今天分享的是一个浓浓芝士味，有点甜，有点咸的超级香酥的芝士味饼干，如果你也跟我一样对芝士欲罢不能，你一定会很爱这个饼干的味道。
饼干的做法很简单，不需要模具，非常适合烘焙新手，闲暇的假日一起来做做看吧。
材料：
175°C 25分钟
车打芝士 90g
黄油 70g
糖粉 40g
盐 4g
鸡蛋 15ml
低筋面粉 135g
蛋液 刷表面
帕玛森芝士粉 少许
ingredient：
350°F 25minutes
butter 70g
icing sugar 40g
salt 4g
egg 15ml
cheddar cheese 90g
cake flour 135g
egg wash
parmesan cheese for topping
